Return Policy and Exchange Policy
If for any reason you have an issue with your product please contact us first to rectify the issue before leaving negative feedback.
We at Body Dazzles want to provide our customers with the best online purchasing experience. In the event you should have an issue with your product you can return it for an exchange or store credit. Restrictions on returns are as followed:
All returns and or exchanges must be made with in 5 days of receipt of the product. All customers must obtain a RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization). Any jewelry returned to Body Dazzles with out prior authorization will not be accepted as a refund. Body Dazzles will not be responsible for returning the unauthorized package to the sender.
Items must be new and unused condition and be in the original packaging to be accepted as a return. Items that have been worn are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Body Dazzles does not cover the shipping charges for the exchange of a product. All promotional gifts are to be returned in the original packaging with the purchased piece.
All defective items must be returned in original packaging to Body Dazzles. As soon as the original package is received a replacement package will be dispatched. Body Dazzles is not responsible for lost, damaged, and or stolen packages. It is highly recommended to send packages with tracking and orders over $25.00 with insurance.
In the event shipping was free of charge and you have returned all or part of your order the shipping fee will be deducted from the balance owed.
Customers will be issued a store credit or the exchange of product.
To begin return exchange process:
1. Send email to email@example.com requesting RMA. Please be sure to describe in detail the reason for return or exchange so your RMA can be issued promptly.
2. You will receive your RMA number with in 3 business days with the instructions to return your product.
3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please be sure to include your RMA number with in the packaging.
4. Once the package has been returned we will process your exchange and or store credit.
